Alyssa came to us with a unique challenge, she needed a web and brand strategy that clearly separated her academic and professional identity from her fitness coaching brand. Her personal brand, Doc Lyss, focused on scientific fitness education–while her coaching company, The Lyss Method (TLM), delivered hybrid fitness programs. Both brands needed clear, distinctive messaging and a website design that simplified the customer journey.

For The Lyss Method, we crafted messaging that aligned with its fun and adventurous tone while emphasizing evidence-based programming. This helped solidify TLM’s position as a fitness brand focused on hybrid training with an outdoorsy, goal-crushing ethos. For Doc Lyss, we developed a new website that will showcase and house Alyssa’s scientific publications, blog, podcast, press, and features.

The Lyss Method’s website was redesigned with a focus on improving UX and guiding users more effectively through the purchasing process. We created distinct sections for various programs, optimized the site for SEO, and built a streamlined quiz to help users find the right fitness program quickly.
We also split the two brands into separate websites to provide a clear focus and separation between the two distinct brands. The Doc Lyss website caters to Alyssa’s academic audience, while The Lyss Method website drives sales for her hybrid fitness programs.
